STORM3000 Economical Chemical Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pump from Scilogex
The Scilogex STORM3000 Chemical Duty Vacuum pump is constructed from quality parts, manufactured in the USA and offered at an competitive price. This Laboratory Vacuum pump is very quiet - the noise level is only ~54 dB. It has a small foot print, durable, and chemical resistant! The pump is virtually maintenance-free because of the PTFE coated surfaces, PTFE membrane, stainless steel valves and oil-free design.
The STORM3000 is equipped with a 1/7 hp motor and provides a maximum 20 L/min (115V/60Hz) of free air displacement and 22 in-Hg of maximum vacuum. The pump features a vacuum regulator with gauge to adjust and monitor vacuum level. The inlet catch-pot protects from accidental ingestion of water and particulates. It is resistant to bleach and acetone vapors allowing it to be used with cell culture decontamination protocols.
