Featuring 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers, a digital timer that can be used to set unit degassing period up to 99 minutes, and an energy-saving sleep mode activated when run is complete and no control keys were touched for 15 minutes, the Branson CPX series provides consistent ultrasonic cleaning for laboratory, industrial, electronics, jewelry industries and more. The series also permits extended degassing period for sample preparation applications including mixing and homogenization, dispersion of particles, and dissolving solids. Complete with a high/low power control, the chemical-resistant Branson CPX series can reliably adjust amplitude of acoustic energy in the bath depending on components to be worked. Power can be set to 100% for standard applications and 70% for sensitive applications, ensuring components are not damaged during the ultrasonic process. Water accumulation is avoided through pour drains incorporated in the unit.
